what i mean when i call a character perfect is “wow look at how flawed you are, how broken and three dimensional and well written. look how much of a disaster you are and how you are constantly torn between right and wrong and you make so many mistakes along the way wow look how human you are”

so basically when i say they are perfect what i mean is thank god they aren’t

Tribute to the Ziva I think we sometimes forget.

I think that Engaged (Part 2) is one of one my favourite episodes of Ziva, even though it’s not even a very Ziva-centric episode. I was excited when Gibbs stepped down from the truck, with Ziva at his side. Of course he would pick Ziva. Out of all the members of the team, she is the only other one with military experience. I think sometimes we forget who she was before she came to NCIS, that she was trained as a soldier and that she has seen combat. I love that side of her, and I feel lucky when we get to see it.
